Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
E*Shoppe is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier if an issue arises.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged item and original packaging to edayshopper@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will review your claim promptly.
