Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has begun processing or shipped, it may no longer be able to be canceled.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Approved returns will be provided with return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Handmade items where noted on the product page
• Perishable or personal care items

Exchanges

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
